Eugene “400” Jackson is a recording artist, songwriter, producer, actor, and creative consultant for Lion City Management.
Surrounded by music all of his life, his innovative, futuristic flair has been developed through the course of his lifetime while traveling the world abroad. The international influence is undeniable when the sound of his productions cascade from the speakers. 400’s own music label MSMJ Music, was established in 2008. Not only did he work with the likes of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, MC Brains, Avant and Men At Large, but he was also a member of the music group, Brothers 4 The Struggle. This now defunct group is considered to be among the pioneers of the prominent music scene in Cleveland.
To his musical credit, he had one of the longest running DJ intro songs on 107.9 FM in Cleveland Ohio on the DJ Fresh Show from 2006 – 2008. He has also won “Hottest R&B Artist” at the Hot Block Magazine Awards in Atlanta and the “Hottest Artist With A Band” award at the Atlanta Entertainment Awards. He was also fortunate enough to broker a joint venture publishing deal through his company MSMJ Music with Fourte’ Music to produce music for the television show “Access Hollywood”.
Not limiting his scope to writing and producing music, 400 also has tried his hand at acting. He has played roles in the 2016 Guitar Center “July 4 Sale” commercial, Adult Swim’s “Too Many Cooks”, “Judge Karen”, “The High Court,” “Castle,” “The People vs. OJ Simpson” and "The Originals." In addition, he also plays dual characters on the tour for the musical stage play "You Better Not Tell.”
400’s faith has taken him from being homeless to finding success through his talents. As an actor, recording artist, songwriter and producer, 400 is definitely in his element using passion to create more hot songs to penetrate your heart.
