Mint Dolphin is a brand new indie/pop project from Santa Barbara, California,

Launched in 2020 by Montecito resident Eric Swank, the sound hints nostalgically at 1980’s new wave and 1990’s alternative while adhering to modern day production values for a fresh fun take on popular music.

Mint Dolphin’s debut “High Tide” E.P was to be released in May 2020 however due to recent global events was pushed back however his single “High Tide” was released in June and the rest of the EP is expected to be released by Fall of 2020.

“Social Distance Dance” is Swank’s response to the mandatory self-quarantine order in California and most parts of the United States. Unable to tour or play shows in support of the upcoming “High Tide” release, Mint Dolphin is utilizing the “Social Distance Dance” single and YouTube video as a means of introducing itself while positively entertaining people during this period.
